]]> The person in question was allegedly in a dispute with an Irish production company over unpaid invoices. When they raised the issue with their union, Prospect (Bectu), they were told that the contract they had been issued with was poorly defined, and lacking clear terms. The fact that they had worked without signing it was considered as implied consent, which was frustrating for the person in question. Adding to their disappointment, the union mentioned that they couldn’t take any action since the production company was based in Ireland. Instead, the union allegedly provided the person in question with a link to use the EU small claims procedure. Determined to seek their rightful payment, the person in question decided to reissue their invoices with a reissue fee and included interest. Furthermore, they threatened to seek an injunction against the programs being broadcast until the payment issue was resolved. The person in question promised to allegedly to keep updating on the progress of the situation.
